Shipping policy

At Time Source, we aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

Unless otherwise agreed, please allow 10–14 business days for your order to be delivered.

If you have previously arranged and agreed to next-day delivery with us, your order will be dispatched and delivered in accordance with the delivery timeframe agreed at the time of purchase.

Next-day delivery is only available where it has been specifically negotiated and agreed with Time Source in advance. Selecting or requesting next-day delivery does not guarantee next-day delivery unless we have confirmed this with you.

Delivery Times

Standard delivery: 10–14 business days

Next-day delivery: Available only when specifically agreed with Time Source in advance.

Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, adverse weather, customs delays, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Information

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are correct when placing your order. Time Source cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking information where available.
