Delivery & Returns

Once you have placed a successfully order, please allow 10-14 working days for it to arrive, unless a specific delivery time/date was available/specified at the time of order.

All orders are sent tracked and insured and will need to be signed for, tracking codes are not always issued instantly, please allow 10+ days to receive a tracking code for your order. 

Although it’s rare that we encounter delays, if your order processing time takes longer than usual, then we will notify you and give a new estimated delivery date. 

if for any reason you would like to return an item then please make sure the item is still wrapped in its protective stickers and plastics and is in an unused state, and returned securely within 14 days of receiving your order, you will need to pay the return postage and once we receive the item successfully your refund will be processed in full and will go back onto the card in which you paid from. 

making a return is easy, you can contact us via email - jakewoods90@icloud.com or WhatsApp/phone, we will then provide our returns address, please make sure you pack the item securely to avoid it being damaged in transit, it doesn’t need to be in the original delivery packaging.
